Well I'm back from this run and I did it!! I kept going for the full 25 mins , it was tough I'm not going to lie and the 5 minutes from 20-25 mins seemed like an eternity . However I'm now on a high and week 7 is calling . I'm taking my trainers to Cornwall on hols next week as don't want to get out of routine .

I know the feeling! I thought my app had crashed today, kept muttering "it must be 25 mins by now" to myself.

Onwards and upwards - we're runners now πŸ˜ƒ πŸƒ ♀

Congratulations on completing Wk 6. It will be good to find new routes whilst on holiday πŸ˜€

Well done. Now you are on week 7, it is all down hill to graduation. Week 7 is fun. I think too that you reach a stage when you've got 5 (or whatever) minutes left and you can tell yourself " well I've done this lots of times before" and that certainly helped me through some killers :)

So you are a runner now :) Be proud!

Congratulations! All long runs from here on out!

I was the exact opposite, I found the first 10 minutes horribly long and the last 5 minutes were a breeze!

Good luck for week 7

Well done, I'm so so pleased for you. Felt the same whenI did mine. So so worth it at the end. I was suppose to complete my week 7 run 1 today but I couldn't because I went for a body combat class on Friday after work and my legs are still hurting.
