Well, that was fine. 25 minutes done. I found my mind wandering off, the brought back to reality occasionally by the encouraging burbling of Steve Cram. Two days off now till week7. Can't wait.

Well done to you. TBH that was my hardest run, something psychological for me, but you did it and you’re now on the home straight. Cheering you on as you approach W7

well done. If you can do 25 min, 30 will be doable, right?

Nice one’

Think you have got this now, there's no turning back from here! Yes Steve Cram does help with keeping the mind on track, after graduation I ran a few runs before starting Beyond c25k, and found it nice when I started it and having his northern voice back guiding me to the end of the sessions. Keep it going you are now entering the point of being a serious runner, long distance no hiding behind a newbie stage. You have proven you can step up when needed the next 3 weeks will fly by.

Thanks. What I like about the c25k app is the timing prompts through my headphones. As the end of the programme is in sight for me, I'm wondering if there's an app that provides similar cues for my next target, which I guess will be 10k. What have you used for beyond 5k?

Ahh. I just found Beyond c25k, which is available on the c25k app after graduation. I guess Steve will be there.
