Got up and ran for 25 mins without stopping this morning

Furthest run in garmin, 2.6 miles. And fastest 2 miles on Strava. But not my best run and the homeless guy in the park got up, joined in and lapped me twice in 4 laps ☹️🤣🤣

But I RAN FOR 25 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING !! Yay!!! In pollen season too. Went back to dr yesterday and she thinks I have adult onset asthma and I have a Spirometry test next week to check. I feel even prouder of myself then in that case for wheezing my way round the park. They cut the grass yesterday and it was just lying there mocking me

WEEK 7 here I come and I already know I can do this 😁😁

Week six is DONE. Home and dry almost. I think you will find it easier from here on in

No hurry though, no pressure. Just slow and steady does the job 🙂

Thanks. I know if I can do 25 mins I can do 30. Albeit very slowly. I wasn’t sure a couple of weeks back but now I know I’ll get there.
