Woo Hoo 😄 run 3 in the bag 🏃‍♀️

25 minutes! Even him indoors admitted to being slightly impressed. Surprisingly, it didn't scare me, I soon settled down and found a rhythm that I could of carried on and on.

I went further than I'd been before, which seeing as I'd ran for longer makes sense, checked my fitbit map and I'd covered 4km which is not too shabby.

Looking forward to fun and games in week7 🏃‍♀️

Well done!! How did you find this week after last week?

I'm loving it, each week I've surprised myself. The time increases have been spot on for me, enough to push me further but not enough to make me quit.

30 minutes feels doable now which seems amazing when I realise it's only been six weeks 😁

That's a great reply. I've seen loads of people saying that They have found this week really hard so I was starting to get a bit worried. I'm doing my week 1 on Friday as work has been crazy busy and I haven't been able to get out. Good luck with week 7!!

Just looked and it 25 mins all week7, if you've done it once you can do it again ... right?

No worries, just follow the voice in your ears and you'll be fine I'm sure.

Look forward to the selfie 👍

Well done.. It is great when the legs find their happy pace and you could run for ever :)

Slow, steady and really relax into the longer runs:)

Followed your advice all along, slow and steady and after a while it's like the legs just go on their own and the breathing is slow and steady too.

I'm getting there 👍

Well done, glad this one worked out a bit easier for you than it did for me this morning! Nice pic btw, looks a very peaceful route.

Think I was too busy listening to the radio to notice how far I'd gone. Feeling good although I have skipped Zumba tonight 😁

Woo hoo! Well done. I'm doing this run on Saturday and I'm slightly dreading it but then I surprised myself managing the 20 mins run last week and reading about everyone else's experiences with it gives me the confidence to trust the plan and just go for it.

Sure you've got this, trust the plan 👍 I'm going to have to get that printed on my t-shirt or something

As I'm doing my warm up walk on runs I feel will be really challenging I walk along saying 'trust the plan, trust the plan, trust the plan' to myself 😂

Congratulations!

That's a huge milestone.

Two thirds of the way through, doesn't 7 sound like quite a big number?
