I’ve been putting this run off for a couple of days (was meant to complete it on Sunday) because I was so anxious about it. I’ve felt randomly drained of energy over the weekend and I really didn’t think I was going to manage it. Today I pushed myself to just get out and do it and... I did it!!! Wooo! Im excited for week 7 now and I feel so close to the finish line.✨

Glad you enjoyed week 6 run 3 because that is the first of 4/25 minute runs of which you have to do on C25K. The week 7 runs which you say you are looking forward to consist of three 25 minute runs.
