Two days late but accomplished!!

Was looking for an apartment and on a work trip so didn't make it out on the day I should have, but even tho I really didn't want to this morning, I made no excuses and got out there! The advice from my previous post really really helped. I tried to be as light on my feet as possible and almost shuffle and that made a huge difference. I jog slower than I walk by maybe 20x! But now I have that clear headed feeling that I love after sweating. Thanks again for all the advice and encouragement!!!!!

Well done Linds, you got out and did it - taking your time is fine, it all builds up to an amazing achievement. Looking forward to your next run and your post. I go tomorrow as we've hit 100 degrees today and tomorrow promises to be a touch cooler.
