3 months late but finally there!

I started C25K back in January and was hooked from Day One. Yes I could commit to this, yes it was going to hurt but I would finish it. Now due to snow, family commitments, holidays, going back a week here & there (if I hadn’t managed 3 runs that week), I finally made it to W9R3 yesterday and despite the heat I did it and could have kept going. Yeah!!!! My family have been so supportive, as have the runners & dog walkers in our local parks), but I really wanted to say a big thanks to you guys on here. You have been my fabulous virtual support network. I read the forum daily, have taken your advice especially at difficult moments on a run and thank you so much for urging us all on. Now I consider myself a runner but I doubt I would have graduated without this forum. Not normally one for posting either but thank you. Keep up the good work, I’m not going anywhere!!
