I set out early this morning thinking I would only do 2 miles instead of the 3 miles I have been doing, it is a straight fairly flat route there and back but it was also hot! After 1 mile I turned around and headed back, then saw a (downward slope ish) road to my right and took it instead. I ended up running 3.5 miles then another 2 miles walking to get back home! I was lobster red and sweaty by the end but happy that I took the different road.

Ha! The unexpected scenic route😊 That's a bonus. Have to say I take my hat off to everyone running in this heat. There must be quite a few of us sporting that fetching lobster hue!
