I'd been dreading this all week - the jump from seconds to minutes! Lol. But after reading lots of posts on here I just took it easy, slowed my pace right down and actually really really enjoyed it!! Didn't feel as bad as previous weeks of stop starting I had a little post first 3 min cry I was so proud of myself!!! π¬π¬π¬π¬

Well done. Now you can trust in yourself and the programme. There's no weeks harder than others, but we all have good and bad runs. Keep it up and you'll be doing 30 min runs in a few weeks ππππππ
