I did it! I am so happy and proud! The first 8 minutes went so smoothly I barely even felt it!
The second 8 were a little harder especially the last two where I definitely felt my lungs working hard!
I'm feeling a lot more confident about my W5R3 on Friday!
I am constantly surprised at how I keep managing to push myself every run! I never imagined 5 weeks ago that I would be where I am right now
