Had to wait till the sun had dropped a little lower in the sky and the heat had abated before setting out today. So as I see it this run is the half way point 12 done and a further 12 to do. I had struggled with completing runs 1 and 2 of week 4 but it came good with run 3. I had considered to repeat W4R3 but thought I’d trust the program and go with week 5 and so far so good. Wouldn’t say I enjoyed both 8 minute runs today but felt a sense of achievement in getting them done especially keeping going on the second one. Quite a difference from 4 weeks ago!
