Hello, new to couch to 5K on week 4!

Never done the whole fitness thing but getting to week 4 I am defiantly proud of my acheivments I never thought I would manage it but determined to get to week 9 it seems like a life time away but fingers crossed I keep going.

Slow and steady and you will reach those thirty minute runs with little difficulty! Listen to your body, take your rest days and don't push too hard.

Thats because you have a new challenge every week. It doesn't seem easier because you are progressively doing more.

You are doing great, stay positive, you can do this!

Thank you so much, I am proud of myself for getting this far I was so surprised when I ran the 3 minutes last week and didn't have to stop for air! Woo hoo :)
