From an overweight unfit smoker to losing nearly 4 stone, becoming fit and ex smoker. I can now run for 16 minutes! The old me would have never been able to run for a minute let alone 16. I’ve just completed my last run of week 4 and I’ve never felt so amazing. Bring on week 5 of the couch to 5K!

I can most definitely agree. From the couch to 7th fastest in the U.K. over 60 metres is a great, great feeling!

That’s an amazing achievement! 😅 I can imagine I’ve got my last run of week 5 left. It’s a 20 min run which will be my first and I’m low-key nervous but I know I can do it 💪🏽😆
