So I've just finished week 2 and so far I've felt ok running all the running bits but I'm already getting worried about week three and can't see my chubby legs making it to double the time!! I know it works after seeing everyone's posts but how did people find the week 2 to 3 jump?

Hello and well done for getting to week 3.. I'm the same as you I've just completed week 3 run 1.. run 2 is tonight.. I never thought I'd complete it either but once I'd started it was fun..!! (Can't believe I thought that either..)

I try not to think about it and just keep my legs moving sometime even have to tell myself to slow it down when I get carried away..

Goodluck

Thank you! I think I need to be conscious about pace as I think I get faster as the run progresses so think if I slow it right down throughout I might be better. I've enjoyed it so far so hope I keep doing, feels like it's getting serious now though!! Lol.

You can do it! Totally trust the programme - I never ever would have thought I could do what I'm doing now but I've taken it all really slowly, following the advice of the wise graduates on here, and it does work! If my chubby legs can do it, so can yours - and just think how fabulous they are, your legs, as well as chubby - enabling you to do this amazing thing!

However slowly you're going, slow it down a bit more until you enjoy it - that's the best way to keep going I reckon!

I have felt the same with every step up so far. Try not to think ahead too much. Take it a bit at a time think slow and steady and if you feel yourself tiring just tell yourself that you can do it and you will. This programme really does work.
