Just lying in my hotel bed, about to go out and complete W7R2 by the sea. I normally do run 2 on Wednesdays but having done run 1 here on Sunday, it felt so good, I decided to do run 2 while we're still here.
25 minutes of running and I did it. Not only that but I increased my pace. If I can do 25, then I can do 28 and 30. I am stunned. Stunned and thrilled. Anyway, must go. Here's where I'm running.
