I did it ! Felt really good too . As always the first 10 minutes were the toughest ...all advice really helped . The one tip I kept in mind was it's not really that big a jump from the 8 min runs ... it's just doing 2x8 mins runs without the walk bit in between .feeling great & looking forward to wk 6

It's a great run to have under your belt. The first two runs of week 6 were surprisingly hard but after that I've loved the longer runs! Keep going 🏃🏼‍♀️

Well done it's a great feeling. I have just done WK6R1 this morning and it was okay looking forward to R2. Well done again
