I knew that the only way i would stick to this would be by doing early morning runs with no people or traffic about, so even tho I'm not an early morning person at all I set myself the challenge. Now ready for wk 4 and telling all my friends ..get up early ..do it..it's fab!

Just wait until you run early in Autumn and winter,,it is even more awesome...all the colours, the sights, and the sounds.. crops, cold mornings with a gin-clear sky, crisp air and the sparkle of the frost all around you...it is fantastic! And the dark mornings... well done't get me started on that.. I graduated a week before Christmas 2015... and it was magical!
