Felt some stiffness at the start but 5 minutes in that was gone, felt I was breathing much better and found the run much easier than my imagination had made it start W6 on Friday.

Well done! Yes the first 5’ you feel like you’re getting the car going and then... well then there is sometimes minute 10’ and then well, enjoyment :-)

Thank you I agree still feels weird to enjoy the last half of the run though.

I know! Although I am optimistically thinking that this means I’ll enjoy long distance running... ;-)

Great run... it’s all about getting through the first few minutes and settling into a rhythm... sounds like you aced it. Slow and steady into week 6 and you got this.
