I took along the dog this time in the hope that she would take my mind off the length of the run. It kind of worked... Once she stopped jumping up me she matched my pace for a while. Then she pulled for a while, but that got me going up the hill on the way back. A bit embarrassing though - we had an off-the-lead bit at the end and another lady was running through there... My dog went running after her, probably thinking this was now a fun new game everyone wants to play!
Aside from that, I'm so proud of myself for running the full 25 minutes, and when Laura asked if I felt good and wanted to pick up the pace for the last minute, I thought - why not! There really could be something wonderful about this running lark. I just wish I'd realised how much I would have enjoyed it before. I might have started years ago! π πππ

Yes....W6R3, love that one. The great thing is after all those two week of new runs everyday, you get to do that again all next week πππππ
You are very much on the home straight now. Enjoy those long runs, as they are a different challenge to all the intervals - a lot more thinking time.
Well done, we're about at the same place and too much thinking time is definitely my biggest challenge. The first 15 mins go quite quickly but the second 15, not so much. Still we are nearly there and as you say, that feels pretty good π
