I managed to get W4 R3 done as I haven't run since Saturday 😳 (did so a BlockFit class on Tuesday though) But a thunderstorm cleared the air a bit and it didn't feel so hot, so I went for it!
I must say I really struggled with my breathing and despite following the 3 out 3 in - still felt really out of puff! I can't imagine how I'm going to cope with longer runs for W5 🙄 But at least I did it 😁

Just breathe! Dont try counting in and counting out...... you have been breathing for years without thinking about it, just continue the sameway! Only worry if you forget to breathe 😩
Just relax your body, hold your hands loose this will let your lungs take care of the breathing themselves, and most of all don't panic over the times you are due to run, it will all happen.
Thanks for all of your suggestions, I have just done W5R1 and felt so much better, didn't count and relaxed my arms and shoulders and didn't struggle for breath - fab!
