Should have been my W2R3 yesterday (Saturday) but my work went on too long. So managed it today on the treadmill, struggled with the last run but got there. Worried about W3 but going to start giving it a go on Tuesday. Thanks to everyone for the support ... on my fridge it now says "Today I'll be one run stronger"!

You got there though, that's the main thing. That is a great thing to have on the fridge.

Well done on getting that run under your belt. Work, and life in general, gets in the way of plans sometimes. But there's no rush and and you're sticking with it.

Wise words on the fridge.

Don't worry about, believe in yourself! I have just finished week and I didn't complete the first run of this week as I went to the treadmill thinking "this is going to be too hard for me" ended up quitting less than half way thro. Came on here, got advice that my body is ready, its just convincing my head, tried again the next day with a totally different attitude, and I COULD do it! Go for it!

Every week I worry about the 'step up', but the plan hasn't failed me yet!! (now in week 6) Go for it - you never know what you can do until you try :)
