Another 25mins under my belt ! So chuffed as didn’t manage out to 7pm & hadn’t had my dinner so wasn’t sure if I would have enough energy but i did...took advice from forum & did a brand new route infact i just took off & went down well lit roads & just kept going to the end😊i was a bit slower than last run but i felt i kept a more consistent pace throughout & there were a few uphill “slopes” 😂. No music either & it was really quite nice as more aware of everything around me, not that there was much to see in the dark!! Calves felt a bit tighter than usual & hip still niggling so need to up the strengthening exercises. Will wait & see how i am on Wednesday but if i need to take 2 days rest between i will do as i really don’t want any injuries now that i feel i am back in to the swing of runs again!! Happy running everyone 😊
