OMG

can't believe I did it

Waited until 9.30pm to run to make sure it was cool enough for me to manage

Was tempted to wait until tomorrow but I'm so glad I didnt!

Starting to learn that endurance can equal patience... my mind isn't very good at managing uncomfortable feelings so I'm really starting to feel like long running without a break is gonna help my brain because it's teaching me how to sit and endure those feelings

That and the deep breathing is great!

Well done. I did that run at 5am this morning. Loving the fact we only have five more minutes to add on to then be at graduation stage - won't be long now and we'll be smashing it 👍
