Wk8 - I'm coming for you!

I have just finished wk7r3 and I am so pleased with myself. I have just over one week left before I run my first Race for Life so hopefully will have done at least one 30 min run before then. My goal is just to run as much of it as I can but aiming for at least 30 mins. When I started c25k a couple of months back there's no way I would have believed I would out running long runs like these without stopping never mind the possibility of running 30mins. It's brilliant!

Suzang you are inspiring me - I am one run behind you! I might aspire to a parkrun before signing up for a Race for Life though. Well done for conquering your earlier demons btw. Graduation is around the corner, eh?
