Did my 3rd 30min run before work this morning.

I should be chuffed to complete the programme except it was probably the hardest run I have done in weeks!

Not sure why I expected the 30min run to suddenly become easier.. anyway.. I'm done.

Will keep at it for another week to consolidate before deciding what to do next!
