I DID IT!!!

I am so proud of myself. I dragged my 2 eldest kids away from their computers and we did it together.

I didn't find it as hard i as expected I would and I think that made it a little easier on me. I really enjoyed it.

I'm limited as to when I can get out and run but I am determined so I'm doing day 2 tomorrow and day 3 Friday. Wish me luck.

I know exactly how you feel. I was so chuffed when I finished R1. This program works.

Good luck with your next run, and congratulations on your first one!

Well done on your first run, but you should really take a rest day tomorrow to avoid any potential of injury. It doesn't matter how long each week takes so run 2 could be Friday and run 3 next week.....depending on how busy your life is.

Rest days are important too. Might be best to wait til Friday for R2 rather than to run on consecutive days...😯

Take as long as you need to do the program.. its not always possible to fit all your runs in in one week. (Seven days) As long as you do each 'week' three times successfully with rest days, then you move on to the next 'week'

Im worried that you won't have recovered fully and will be too tired in the legs to be successful.😊

Great piccy of you and your 2 eldest..what a team..

Welk done on starting sounds like you did great 😊

Thanks everyone. I won't know if I'll actually do tomorrow until tomorrow comes. I'll have to see how I feel. I understand all your advice, I did consult a doctor before starting the programme so I fully aware of injury etc.

I'll keep everyone informed along my journey.

Thank you again.

This programme requires you to take a rest day after a run day. It is best to stick with the programme as it is.

Being on the injury couch is no fun at all. Many have tried it, many have failed to complete the programme as a consequence .
