So this is it... last week of this brilliant programme. I cant begin to praise it enough and I'm sure that people around me are fed up of me talking about it but that's just tough. This programme has got me out, about and doing something constructive for myself.
Anyway a comfortable run this evening. Kept my pace nice and slow as I wasn't sure how the extra 2 minutes would be. Covered the same distance as I did in my last 28 minute run. So I definitely went slower.
2 more 30 minute runs to go and graduation time at long last.
You certainly can do it Donna79.....I am on the same week and run as you. I quite enjoyed my run this evening. I am looking forward to my cap and gown !! X
Hiya, last run tomorrow if I can manage it because I'm getting some heel pain at the moment. I've rested up all day today though and used as many remedies as I could. So fingers crossed my run tomorrow won't be too painful.
Awww a big congratulations to you. Wow you made it.π
Now you definately have to change your name because you are a runner now.π
You CAN definitely do this! Well done. I found W9 a tough one I have to say. Hoping to get used to running for 30 mins & build on it over the next few weeks. Good luck for your next two runs. You will totally smash it - weβll keep the podium warm for you!

Good luck! Iβve just been looking back at some of my old posts- I did my first run 3 months ago. Canβt believe at one point I was worried about running for 3 minutes. This programme is absolutely amazing & really really works! Let us know how you get on.

I agree with you there. I sometimes look back and remember how far I've come. Nice to see the progress in black and white.
Of course I will update tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.
