Well done. I'm just 3 runs ahead of you. I felt at week 7 that the hardest was over. The step up is not much for the rest of the runs. Once you can run 25 minutes, 28 minutes is not much more. And then 30 mins will be ok. Your on the home straight now. Not saying the runs are easy, but mentally it gets easier. Like you I have struggled on the week 8 runs, but I finished them ok. I'm doing week 8 run 3 tomorrow evening.
