Its fine to feel a little apprehensive, you are traveling into the unknown after all. Glad to hear you are enjoying it. The overriding advice is:
TRUST THE PROGRAM
Also,
Listen to your body
Ignore your gremlins
Go slow and steady
Keep well hydrated - at all times
I really enjoyed W3. It really felt like progress, and that little bit different from Weeks 1 & 2.
Keep up the good work and remember to have faith in yourself you are always more capable than you think you are.
