It was hard work today but i kept going and have completed the week. Yay! A bit nervous about week 3 but also a bit excited about the challenge.

Hi nellmc (and kc407), I did my W2R3 on Sunday and felt exactly the same as you, I dragged myself round the route and just felt every oounce of energy had left my body. I too was nervous about W3R1, but I completed it this evening and it was really enjoyable! It was much more comfortable than the last run of week 2. Good luck, just bite the bullet and go for it! There's a jolly wee tune for the 2nd 90min walk which made me laugh and as Laura reminds you, the sense of achievement at the end is worth more than any pain.
I ran the first run of Week 3 last night, and I felt nervous too...but I did it! Laura gives more helpful tips - you can do it, both of you :0)
You will both be fine if you have completed all the runs so far, trust the program and Laura will get you to the end
