Back in the house with a panad and some cereal after completing run 2 in ideal conditions for me; dry, overcast and COOL!! Weds's run is eagerly awaited.

Thanks, don't worry about it, blank it out and go steady; you will succeed.

Well done! I did mine yesterday first thing and it was so hot! The big one for me tomorrow! 😁

Good to see you are excited about W5R3. Those longer runs are what we got ourselves into this for. You wont be disappointed. Its like being let of your leash to be able to just run without all those pesky walking intervals (which BTW have done so much more to build stamina than they are given credit for).

Well done and have a great run!

I'm on week 7 now but felt the same about R3 did R2 fine but then that big leap just felt too much but went out anyway. At halfway I couldn't believe how I felt and when I got to the end I easily could have carried on running. Seriously your body can do it! I just took each 5 mins at a time and said if at half way I need to pause I will but didn't need to. Good luck to everyone!

Not what you're looking for?
