To repeat or not repeat?

Morning! For various reasons, I have not run in about a month. I had just finished Week 3. Do you advise repeating Week 3, or going straight into Week 4? Many thanks for the input!

Head out, do a good warm up and see how you go with Week 4... relax, take it slow and steady as see what your body tells you :)
