I started a new job this week and due to long days, travel etc did not get to wk5 run 3 on Tuesday, should I now repeat run 2 or give run 3 a go even though it's been 5 days since the last πŸ€”...

Hi there. Just do run 3 and well done you.

I would just go straight to run 3. I doubt you will have lost much fitness in only 5 days. Good luck 😊

I did the exact same thing, did the run (just, had to walk for a minute mid way) but it taught me I will never skip again!
