With a busy weekend had scheduled to do Wk9 R1 today... after 3 rest days.. but woke with awful migraine this morning which has scuppered all best laid plans. Headache gone, just feel wiped out.. do I run later tonight when itβs cooled down, or forget it today and go nice n early in the morning before work. There's no harm in taking an extra rest day. In this heat if I was feeling wiped out I'd wait till tomorrow morning.
Don't worry you won't undo your progress. I had a week off earlier in the program due to a sprained ankle and i was able to carry on.
Definitely tomorrow. Hope it goes well.
Leave it another day for sure. I had 9 days out injured between my w8r3 and w9r1 and went back like I'd never been away. The stamina and strength will still be with you.

Much as I hate to say it, leave it till tomorrow. I very much doubt that an extra night will cause a problem, but migraines are tricky. As a sufferer I feel your pain. I ran at the start of one, (not realising that it had started), and thought I was going blind. So sick and dizzy by the end I had to sit by the side of the road for 10 minutes. No fun. No one will blame you. Good luck.π
