I have just completed week 4 of the programme and had a race for life already planned for today which I was dreading! Well I somehow did it! A combination of walk/jogging and I finished in 58mins. 55 was my aim but I didn't realise how many hills were involved. The sense of achievement when I finished was overwhelming, am looking forward to cracking on with week 5 now
