It has taken me a while to get to this point. I was hoping to have graduated this week. But with one thing or another it hasn't happened. However, I managed my first 5K today and I am super chuffed. 34 minutes, pretty pleased with that.
Only one more run to go until graduation This couch is well and truly smashed! BOOM!

See that shiny badge next to my name? That means I did it! 🎆🎊🎉😆😆🍻
Graduated a month ago, had some really good (and downright awful!) Runs since then! But at the minute hoping whatever ailment is bothering me will b*gger off soon, as I have my first race on Sunday, a colour run. Really looking forward to it! If you want time thing to help with motivation, try downloading 'run, zombies!' from the play store, it's a series of podcasts, the story line is ace and makes me laugh when I 'pick up' things like knickers as i run!
That's all I'm doing - trying to commit to doing 3 x 5k per week but still posting on B210K to keep me focused and to keep my motivation going 😊 I am a million miles away from increasing to anywhere near 10 😱 I can't really see myself wanting to either at the mo, but no need to stop posting lovely! Don't go disappearing 🤗
Will get the Dyson out to give the red carpet a quick going over, so your path to the podium is in pristine condition and 34 mins for your first 5k is stellar! 🙏👏👏💪💪💪🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
Not really, about 30 degrees, so even if it wasn't for the traffic and state of the roads I would be consigned to treadmill running whilst out here, fortunately the hotel has a great gym that is hardly used
Hmmmm don’t think I can see a shiny badge on the app version lol.....oooooh I’m intrigued 😁 I’ll have a look! And sorry for being a crap VRB and not realising that you have already graduated 🙈xx
