I couldn’t run at the weekend because of the snow so I haven’t been running since Thursday. I’m starting to lose motivation. Can someone give me any tips to make sure I definitely go for a run tomorrow? 😂

Yeah... now you’ve said it... we want to hear all about that run tomorrow... so you’d best lace those shoes and drag your ass out there!!! You know you want to... you know you’ll love it... go do it.
By running regularly (150 mins/ week of cardio workouts) you statistically reduce your risk of succumbing to a whole host of life limiting conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, dementia, stroke......... I could go on and on and on and on..........
Don't take your health for granted.
Don't make the weather a excuse not to run treehugger06, OK last week was a bit extreme with the cold, ice and snow, but it's now back to normal weather with some rain. Get your mojo working again and go for a run for whatever week you are on with C25K. 😊 🏃
The longer you leave it the more you wont do it....don't let all your hard work go to waste.... get out there and get your motivation back.
it's what I tell myself (and everyone), put the running gear on when you are not too awake and then just go. Don't ask yourself about it, just do it! (wait didn't someone else say that You'll enjoy it when you are back into it
Put your gear on first thing when you get up (except maybe the shoes, but defo the socks). Then it would be such a waste to take it off without running! And tell us how it went, or we’ll spend all day checking our phones.
Is this a competition ? Running helps burn calories, allowing you a small extra piece of cake when you get home 😄
