Week one done

I've just completed week one. Enjoyed it but no idea what week 2 brings. Running with my little dog - he seems to enjoy it as long as he gets time to sniff before we start and at the end πŸ˜„

I would recommend doing some research about running with dogs. I have heard that sustained running is not suitable for all dogs.

I have 2 greyhounds I took them with me in week 1 and half of week 2 but had to leave them at home when in week 2 r3 I had to keep stopping to pick up poo, and wait while they sniffed and wee'd - hope your little dog is more focussed 😊

Yes I fear the same will happen 😁- I just thought it would be good to get both run and dog walk done at the same time time wise but I'm sure as the runs get longer he'll be less focused πŸ€” W2R1 tomorrow so we'll see!
