After about 5 minutes my calves started to ache, then Jo came on saying that's 10 mins done and I was pretty much pain free. A cool shower when I got back and a glass of red with tea to celebrate 🎉

The run your doing this morning was a massive changing point for me. Realising that the plan really works. Something that I have changed before just before week 5 is the amount of water I'm drinking, I now drink at least 3 litres a day although I do wee every 5 mins it seems I really believe being really well hydrated has helped no end.
Now I know I CAN do it and you CAN to 👍🏻🏃😁

The feeing it gives you is pretty special, I wasn't prepared for that! I'm just about to venture on to W7-R1!
I never thought I would be able to run but it has been manageable and gives me such a buzz. I can't wait for the run days which is something I never thought I would say. 😀😀😀
