Well thats the 1st run of my week 12 done on tuesday , now i remember why i run at night . Had a half day , knowing i wasnt feeling in the mood for a run today legs etc still sore from sunday , never even done my walk on monday , i get the brilliant idea of going in the afternoon , any later and there was a good chance i wouldnt . What carry on that was , the weather was too hot for me really ( im a winter baby 🤣🤣🤣) , but off i go wearing the minimum to stay legal. The run goes off and within 10 /15 min im suffering , even with wet top and shorts (picture that girls ) lol . I start over heating , bpm up to 140 , pace 700m per 5 min im just all over the place . I manage to slow it right down again , 550m per five min and some how get rate down to 109 bpm . I was well hydrated , i drink about 4lt a day at least . I seem to be one of those people that struggle with the 1st 10/15 min , as that seems to be the pattern ive set , so now i look at 1st 15 as warm up lol and then a proper 15 min run . God alone knows what it will be like when i step up to 33 minutes, those extra 3 will be hard fought but ill beat them .
