Hi everyone. I looked at tonight's run and thought it would be pretty easy compared to Saturday's 20 minute run. In truth it wasn't too. As but when that interval came I was so happy for it. Funny isn't it, this psychology lark. Because Saturday I was fine as I knew I didn't have an interval, but today it could come soon enough. Overall the run felt good though.
The uphill wasn't as much of a struggle and I did tweak my route again. For the benefit of @Jancanrun (tags still don't work for me), I have added my stats as a pic. The tweak added a little extra flat for me so tonight was only a 26m gain but was actually 200m further in distance. I'm an accountant so I genuinely love statistics πππ
I have to add, I did this run quite late, and after a full day at the zoo I'm surprised in myself that I actually got ready and went at all! But, I am planning on doing run 3 on Saturday morning at my local park run (1st PR) and if I didn't go tonight then it would totally ruin my new running social calendar.

Well done. I find trying to stick to a routine helps. I usually try for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and then have a 2 day break at the weekend. Keep it upπ
I've totally only just realised that Erica is at a birthday party at 10am Saturday and as my husband can't drive I have to take her. So no park run for me π« going to have to go out first thing and do run 3 then instead x
