I've decided to repeat this week as found it really hard to do 25 mins without stopping was doing 6.5k an hour for last 5 mins which was virtually walking lol hoping repeating this week will make me stronger for week 7
Well found week 6 run 3 really hard - Couch to 5K
Well found week 6 run 3 really hard

Well that's the speed I am running at and is the speed I intend to keep until I graduate, unless I need to slow down!!
The podcast says light jog, which sounds so much easier than run, so light jog it is for me. If you can do it however slow, I say move on 🏃

I'm only covering 3 k in 30 mins ( starting week 5 this week) so I don't think your speed is unusual. Better a tortoise than on IC !🐢🐢🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻

No need to repeat jase.. you did it.😊
However I think you would find you don't feel like you have to stop if you take the start of your run really slowly. This is when your body is taking on the extra oxygen you need for running and once you are about 8 mins into your run you will feel more relaxed and be running more efficiently. It also means you have more left in the tank towards the end of your run and will be able to complete the time required. Each run you do is building your stamina for the next. I understand you feel the need to have another go at Week 6, but you are capable of non-stop runs now, just take it nice and slow and steady, you can work on pace later once you have graduated. No need for speed😊...
Keep going you are doing great...

Well done for completing w6r3! I did the same last week and the last five minutes I probably could have walked faster! I did w7r1 yesterday, I had the same concern and just thought I would see how it goes, if I repeat it would be no biggie. As it turned out I found it easier and didn't need to slow down. Running 25 minutes places you on the downhill stretch to finishing the programme, you will do it!
Thanks for the encouragement guys I really appreciate it going to go for it run 1 week 7 and see how I do thanks again

Week 7 is basically W6R3 repeated. So I would agree that's is the best move forward for you. You found it hard, but you did it. And now you've got all three runs of W7 to consolidate this progress.
I don't have any apps to measure my pace, but I could see from my route, that I was running further as this week went on - which was enough for me.
