Week 1 run 2 done accompanied by a 5yo scooting. πŸ˜‚

So I was feeling sore starting last night. Wobbly and tight legs etc. But was looking forward to today's run bizarrely.

Clobber on and off I went accompanied by a 5 year old on a scooter. I found today's much easier but think this was due to me keeping pace with a slow scooting machine. Still felt exhausted at the end. But proud.

I'm off to get myself some decent but cheap trainers today. πŸ‘

  • Oh yes!!!! Loving it :)

  • Go you!!!! I love the image of you and the small one..brilliant.. the family that run together ( or scoot) have fun together :)

Plenty of good but cheap trainers out there :) Very well done..both of you :)

    PS

We shall need a pikkie of the new shoes.. it is the law on here :)

  • Didn't end getting any today. The garden called me. 🌞 have you any tips or brands that are good?

  • Good plan. Worrying about what the 5 yr old was doing probably took your mind of the running!

  • That was exactly it. 😊

  • Great idea, I have asked if my teenage daughter would like to join me. Unfortunately I am seen as to uncool to hang out with now! I wear Nike running shoes which feel light and supportive to the feet at the same time. 😊
