First time I had gone for an early morning run today and I really enjoyed it! Set the alarm for early and pottered out of bed and went running around the local park I'm always surprised from run to run when I find that even from one run to the next that I am finding it so much easier every time- I finished today's run with a great big smile on my face as I'd covered so much more ground than Sunday's run. Last run of week 2 to follow on Thursday!

Debs that's great! Well done for getting out the door early too. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll improve doing this clever program. Keep us updated how you get on.

Well done debs.
My week 2 run 2 is literally an hour away. I am looking forward to it.
Well done on your achievements in W2. I always think the early morning is a good time to get out there - it has a special quality of its own. Good luck on Thursday and best wishes.

Well done Debs. I completed my 2nd run of week 2 this morning. Beautiful crisp morning as well. Not sure about it getting easier though!!! I paced myself better but thought I was going to be sick on the 5 minute warm down. We will see what Friday morning brings
