Hi, and huge welcome... follow the programme and keep it slow and steady. That is the way to get to the thirty minute runs, and stay injury free.

Take your rest days and listen to your body..it will tell you what is what!!! Some other exercise on your rest days can be beneficial too. Strength and Flex.. swimming, yoga, cycling...whatever you fancy, which will help build up strength and stamina :)
