hello all

I woke up this morning with a bit of a tight calf (middle of back of leg) I was wondering if I should use heat or ice spray?

get a ball and work it around into the knotted spot to release

Warm up well. If it is then still too sore to walk/run on without twinging, don't run. If it feels like you can go, go.

Start using a foam roller, and ensure you do calf stretches (heel dips for example) after each run.
