Hi everyone, after completing W9r2,( which l was really chuffed about) ; the next day l found l had to go and help the lads at work, this involved climbing ladders and scaffold.lt looks as if l'm going to have to delay completing W9,"Oh Hell"!,l was so looking forward to finishing on ahigh this weekend and completing C25k.l don't want to make the same mistake l did earlier by over doing it.Stevy.

A day on the ladders shouldn't adversely affect your stamina for tomorrow.

Thanks Rignold,lt normally does not effect to much but something has cropped in a sensitive part,l've ignored it about 4 days; on the Monday past l r2 ofW9 and it became worse, well see what doc says.Stevy.

oh yeah, well in that case. Anything pinched or bulged or strained, see the Dr and follow his advice to the letter.

Don't worry, Graduation Day will still be waiting for you, and victory will be all the sweeter for postponement.

When did you complete run2?

When was your day of ladder/ scaffold climbing?

You say you were planning to finish this weekend. So that's plenty of days rest until the weekend.

Or have you hurt yourself and that's why you need to put it off?

Hi SlinkyM,You' ve agood intuition,l've ignored something in,sensitive area, had it about 4days; l ran r2W9 on Monday,it became worse, then I was up and down scaffolding carrying stained glass panels; l've given the game away ,- that's what l do for aliving.Stevy.

I sometimes leave 2 days between my runs if I feel tired. That's actually better than giving up in the middle of a run.

Good luck!
