Doing it all over again...

So, I've actually completed C25K in 2011 and went on to run a few charity races after that. I really enjoyed running, but then a knee injury (from doing weights, not running) put me off action for 2 years. I started walking and cycling, and then started C25K again. I went all the way to completing week 8 last October, but then some personal stuff got in the way and caused a hiatus over the Christmas period. So I started again, I've completed week 5 today (in the snow, which is unusual down in the South East) and moving on to week 6 on Wednesday. Hope to complete it this time, them work on doing 5k (30 minutes isn't quite enough at my speed, but hey ho) and hopefully keep it up without injuries. I never felt as healthy or as energetic as when I used to ran 5k 3-4 times a week, and I really want to get back to that place. Good luck to everyone in you journeys!
