Might need a longer 'running' route!

Oh the traumas of progressing! I have a nice circular route - 5 min warm up, up the nasty hill, then enough time/distance to fit in all my intervals before I get home, or there was for weeks 1-3...... First session week 4 tonight, and I was back home before the podcast finished so ended up doing laps of my cul de sac to cool down, much to the amusement of my neighbours! Will need to add in an extra loop somewhere I think.

I have to be a bit careful with that, one of my neighbours is chair of the local running club and frequently runs in national middle distance tournaments - I'm a bit concerned he might try to recruit me - ha ha!

I found it one of the joys of progressing - and I've discovered lots of places and short cuts I never knew about since.
