Those lifetime stats are the best ones. Other runs will be faster, slower, longer, shorter but the lifetime one encompasses all your hard work. Well done.
Ha ha I know Rob.. so even when you are not actually out running you can gaze proudly at and analyse your running stats... then go to bed and dream about running. I think a lot of us are the same.Lol x
Keep on running, RobD ! I think we were on track to graduate in the same week but life and other stuff got in my way and tomorrow I will be doing wk8r2 then not running again til Tuesday.
So, good luck as you sprint down the home straight. I'll be a bit behind you but cheering you on
Wow, you're fast! I only have 45 miles although haven't finished week 8 - still 2 runs to go. But I burned 10,000+ calories because I weigh more than you. 😀 Not something to be proud of though.
I think some of it is down to the fact I am a fast walker during my walk break between running periods I would imagine you are losing the pounds too though eh ? Well done for your progress so far
Thanks, I am slow walker and did my walk intervals in very relaxing pace. But still, you are fast.
As for losing weight, I haven't actually noticed any movements on the scales (even gained a bit), but everyone I meet compliments me telling me that I've lost a lot. I do feel slimmer as well, my belt went to the last hole. But no love from scales just yet.
